From Seed to Bloom Workshop
From Seed to Bloom Workshop
Over the course of eight months, from April through November, you are invited to join us on xSeed Blooms farm for a journey of planting, growth, balance, and connection.
Once a month, we will gather in rhythm with the land, working side by side with the soil, seeds, and flowers. Each session will center around a stage of the cut-flower farming process including: seeding, planting, weeding, composting, harvesting, creating bouquets, collecting seeds, and putting beds to rest.
This is an opportunity to learn about the entire flower growing process over the course of the 2026 season, nurturing your very own flowers on our farm (That you seed yourself) and then take them home at harvest. But this is also more than a workshop in flower growing. It is a workshop in living. In collaboration with A Better Standard Direction you will also learn tools to help guide you on your own personal growth journey.
Just as the farm thrives through care, cycles, and renewal, so too does your life. Together, weโll explore what it means to plant intentions, root purpose, release what no longer serves, transform challenges, celebrate abundance, share gifts, gather wisdom, and honor the sacredness of rest.
By connecting physically with nature, you will learn the practical skills of tending the land along with how to live a better standard direction for your life.
Through this eight-month journey, you will leave not only with hands full of blooms and seeds, but with hands that have touched the soil and flowers that have passed through your care. You will leave with a deeper sense of purpose and belonging and carry forward the knowledge that, like the garden, you too are always blooming, season after season, in harmony with the world around you.
Workshop Schedule and Activities
Two hours, One day each month, April-November:
APRIL 12th ๐ฑ Seeding both flowers and intentions โ As you learn how to best grow flowers from seed you will set intentions for what you wish to grow in your life, trusting that even the smallest seed carries infinite potential.
MAY 17th ๐ฟ Planting your flowers and your purpose โ As you transition your seedlings to the great outdoors, you will also ground your dreams in fertile soil. This stage invites you to root your flowers and your purpose deeply, giving both structure and stability in order to thrive.
JUNE 14th ๐พ Weeding around your flowers and your path โ As you learn more about weeds and what to pull, you will also clear away what no longer serves you. Just as gardens need space to flourish, your life blossoms when distractions, doubts, and limiting beliefs are gently released.
JULY 19th ๐ธ Harvesting your flowers and experiencing abundance โ As you celebrate the fruits of your labor, pick the flowers that you started 3 months ago! Acknowledge the blessings, progress, and abundance youโve cultivated, and receive them with gratitude.
AUGUST 16th ๐ Creating a bouquet of your personal gifts โ As you learn how to weave a mix of flowers into a meaningful arrangement, you will learn how to see your own contribution to the beauty of the world. Just as diverse flowers create beauty together, your unique offerings enrich the whole.
SEPTEMBER 27th ๐ป Seed collecting and your future โ As you reflect on your flower-growing journey, you will gather the seeds of wisdom that youโve gained. These seeds remind you that abundance is cyclical and that each ending holds the promise of new beginnings.
OCTOBER 18th ๐ Composting and regenerating shadow โ As you learn how to compost withered plants, you will learn how to transform your challenges into nourishment. By honoring and integrating the parts of yourself you often hide, you create fertile ground for new growth.
NOVEMBER 8th ๐ Mulching and preparing yourself for rest โ As you learn how to put the flower beds to rest, you will also close the cycle by protecting and nourishing what remains. In stillness and rest, you prepare the soil of your life for renewal, honoring that rest is sacred and essential.
What do you need to do?
Come as you are with the willingness to expand. This is a judgment-free space. All tools, activities and instruction will be provided.
The Commitment: $400 total
Just as seeds need consistent care, this journey thrives on your presence. Each workshop builds upon the last, weaving together the rhythms of gardening with the cycles of reflection. Your commitment to showing up one day each month for eight months is a promise to honor your own blooming.
When you step into this circle of intention, you are saying โyesโ to growth, balance, and purpose season after season.
